At lifebag.nl<\/strong>, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Operating from the Netherlands, our policy is designed to be transparent and compliant with Dutch and EU consumer protection laws.<\/p>\n\n

1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (“Change of Mind”)<\/h3>\n\n

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving your goods.<\/p>\n\n

  • Condition:<\/strong> To be eligible for a return by choice, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.<\/strong> If the items show signs of use or are missing parts, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct the loss in value.<\/li>\n\n
  • Shipping Costs:<\/strong> If you choose to return an item because you changed your mind or made a personal choice, you (the customer) are responsible for the full cost of return shipping.<\/strong> These costs will not be reimbursed by lifebag.nl.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    2. Defective or Damaged Items<\/h3>\n\n

    If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:<\/p>\n\n

    • Notification:<\/strong> Please contact us at info@lifebag.nl<\/strong> within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect.<\/li>\n\n
    • Shipping Costs for Defects:<\/strong> Even in the case of a defect, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the initial item back to our warehouse for inspection.<\/li>\n\n
    • Solutions:<\/strong> Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we will offer you a replacement<\/strong> (shipped at our expense) or a full refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      3. How to Process a Return<\/h3>\n\n

      To initiate any return, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n

      1. Email us:<\/strong> Send an email to info@lifebag.nl<\/strong> stating the reason for your return.<\/li>\n\n
      2. Ship the item:<\/strong> Once confirmed, send your package to our Rotterdam office:Lifebag<\/strong> Teilingerstraat 126<\/strong> 3032AW, Rotterdam<\/strong> The Netherlands<\/strong><\/li>\n\n
      3. Tracking:<\/strong> We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items that are lost during return transit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        4. Refunds<\/h3>\n\n

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n

        • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n
        • Please note that banks and credit card providers may take several business days to post the refund to your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          Items that have been used, altered, or are returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n\n
