Pets should therefore be part of your <strong>household emergency plan<\/strong>, not an afterthought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Cats and Dogs Need in an Emergency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Plan for at least <strong>72 hours<\/strong> of pet care.
