Maar hoe ziet dat er in de praktijk uit? Door de dagen vooraf te plannen blijf je rustig en gebruik je je voorraden verstandig.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"lb-post-p e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"5b326545\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"5b326545\">Hier is een eenvoudige gids per dag voor een langdurige stroomstoring of vergelijkbare verstoring.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"2c4ed61a\" class=\"lb-post-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"2c4ed61a\">De eerste uren: inschatten en inrichten<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"lb-post-list e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"1b2ae869\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"1b2ae869\"><ul><li>Controleer of iedereen veilig is en geef waar nodig eerste hulp.<\/li><li>Kom te weten wat er speelt via een radio op batterijen en NL-Alert.<\/li><li>Verzamel je noodtas, zaklampen, water en dekens op \u00e9\u00e9n plek.<\/li><li>Besluit of je blijft of vertrekt en laat je contactpersoon weten wat je doet.<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"721d7c03\" class=\"lb-post-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"721d7c03\">Dag 1: organiseer je<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"lb-post-list e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"7aba7f09\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"7aba7f09\"><ul><li>Richt \u00e9\u00e9n kamer in als uitvalsbasis: warm, weg van gevaren en makkelijk schoon te houden.<\/li><li>Bespaar telefoonbatterij met de energiespaarstand en bekijk het nieuws maar \u00e9\u00e9n keer per uur.<\/li><li>Eet eerst het eten uit de koelkast, daarna uit de vriezer en daarna houdbare producten. Houd de deuren van koelkast en vriezer dicht.<\/li><li>Houd je water bij, zodat je genoeg kunt drinken zonder dat het opraakt.<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"65980f24\" class=\"lb-post-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"65980f24\">Dag 2: houd een routine aan<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"lb-post-list e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"3be3b7f2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"3be3b7f2\"><ul><li>Houd een ritme van maaltijden, rust en wandelingen bij daglicht aan, zeker met kinderen.<\/li><li>Kijk naar je buren om en deel betrouwbare informatie.<\/li><li>Houd de hygi\u00ebne op peil met doekjes en handgel en doe afval in een zak.<\/li><li>Houd ouderen, baby\u2019s en mensen die medicijnen nodig hebben goed in de gaten.<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"2c4d12d7\" class=\"lb-post-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"2c4d12d7\">Dag 3: evalueer en beslis<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"lb-post-list e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"7381ccfe\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"7381ccfe\"><ul><li>Kijk hoeveel water, eten en medicijnen er nog over zijn.<\/li><li>Besluit of je naar familie of een offici\u00eble opvang gaat en volg de instructies van de autoriteiten.<\/li><li>Als de stroom terugkomt, sluit apparaten geleidelijk weer aan en controleer of het eten uit koelkast en vriezer nog veilig is.<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"74fd9a66\" class=\"lb-post-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"74fd9a66\">Na 72 uur<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"lb-post-p e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"204472d1\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"204472d1\">Een noodpakket koopt tijd, geen eeuwigheid. Op dag drie hebben de autoriteiten meestal hulp georganiseerd of hun adviezen aangepast. Vervang daarna wat je hebt gebruikt, bekijk wat goed werkte en werk je plan bij.
