Een beetje voorbereiding beschermt collega\u2019s, bezoekers en het bedrijf.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"lb-post-p e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"66a3dbd7\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"66a3dbd7\">Deze checklist werkt voor kantoren, ateliers, winkels en kleine teams.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"274b036a\" class=\"lb-post-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"274b036a\">1. Ken je gebouw<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"lb-post-list e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"734d34ae\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"734d34ae\"><ul><li>Loop de vluchtroutes na en zoek minstens twee uitgangen op elke verdieping.<\/li><li>Weet waar het verzamelpunt is en zorg dat iedereen het kent.<\/li><li>Zoek de brandblussers, EHBO-koffers en defibrillatoren (AED) op.<\/li><li>Controleer dat uitgangen nooit worden versperd door dozen of meubels.<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"62302efd\" class=\"lb-post-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"62302efd\">2. Benoem rollen en contactpersonen<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"lb-post-list e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"31d8150a\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"31d8150a\"><ul><li>Wijs een EHBO\u2019er en een bedrijfshulpverlener (BHV\u2019er) aan als je organisatie dat verplicht is.<\/li><li>Houd een uitgeprinte lijst met noodcontacten bij, inclusief de gebouwbeheerder en de veiligheidscontactpersoon.<\/li><li>Spreek af wie medewerkers, klanten en familieleden informeert.<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"86b1aa5\" class=\"lb-post-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"86b1aa5\">3. Houd een noodpakket op de werkplek<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"lb-post-list e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"5e3e2648\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"5e3e2648\"><ul><li>Een EHBO-doos, zaklampen en een radio op batterijen.<\/li><li>Water, snacks en dekens voor een lang verblijf als medewerkers niet naar huis kunnen.<\/li><li>Een telefoonlader en powerbank voor elk team.<\/li><li>Uitgeprinte plattegronden en contactgegevens.<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"4c20581b\" class=\"lb-post-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"4c20581b\">4. Plan voor verstoringen<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"lb-post-list e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"48fd82d1\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"48fd82d1\"><ul><li>Bepaal vooraf hoe collega\u2019s worden ge\u00efnformeerd als netwerken uitvallen.<\/li><li>Spreek af wanneer medewerkers blijven, vertrekken of thuiswerken.<\/li><li>Maak een back-up van belangrijke bestanden en weet hoe je er offline bij komt.<\/li><li>Denk aan persoonlijke spullen die medewerkers nodig kunnen hebben, zoals medicijnen en een reservebril.<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"42da5af6\" class=\"lb-post-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"42da5af6\">5. Oefen \u00e9\u00e9n keer per jaar<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"lb-post-p e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"347f0c9a\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"347f0c9a\">Een korte ontruimingsoefening per jaar en een snelle controle van contactgegevens en voorraden is genoeg om iedereen vertrouwen te geven.
