Return & Refund Policy

At lifebag.nl, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Operating from the Netherlands, our policy is designed to be transparent and compliant with Dutch and EU consumer protection laws.
1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (“Change of Mind”)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return by choice, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. If the items show signs of use or are missing parts, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct the loss in value.
- Shipping Costs: If you choose to return an item because you changed your mind or made a personal choice, you (the customer) are responsible for the full cost of return shipping. These costs will not be reimbursed by lifebag.nl.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:
- Notification: Please contact us at info@lifebag.nl within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect.
- Shipping Costs for Defects: Even in the case of a defect, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the initial item back to our warehouse for inspection.
- Solutions: Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we will offer you a replacement (shipped at our expense) or a full refund.
3. How to Process a Return
To initiate any return, please follow these steps:
- Email us: Send an email to info@lifebag.nl stating the reason for your return.

- Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items that are lost during return transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that banks and credit card providers may take several business days to post the refund to your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, altered, or are returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
