Welcome to lifebag.nl. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer made by Lifebag and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer. Before the contract is concluded, the text of these terms will be made available to the consumer.
3. The Offer & Agreement
If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
The agreement is finalized at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions set (completing the checkout process).
We reserve the right to refuse an order if there is a clear error in pricing or product description.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on lifebag.nl are in Euros (€) and include VAT (BTW).
Shipping Costs: Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping within the EU. For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Payment: Payments are processed via your original payment method. We do not store sensitive credit card data.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
14-Day Window: You have the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. This period starts the day after you receive the product.
Return Shipping: As stated in our Return Policy, the costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the consumer, whether the return is by choice or due to a defect.
Condition: During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
6. Warranty and Defects
We guarantee that the products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer.
In the event of a defect, you must notify us at info@lifebag.nl within 14 days of discovery.
We offer a replacement or a refund (via the original payment method) once the defective item has been returned to us and inspected.
7. Delivery and Execution
We use PostNL or DHL for all shipments.
The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to Lifebag.
Lifebag carries the risk of damage or loss of products until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
8. Complaints and Disputes
Contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to info@lifebag.nl within a reasonable time.
EU Online Dispute Resolution: Consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on lifebag.nl, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Lifebag and may not be used or reproduced without express written permission.
