At lifebag.nl, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over €100 within the European Union.

  • Orders over €100: FREE

  • Orders under €100: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the package. These rates will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if a significant delay is expected.

3. Shipping Carriers

To ensure the best service, we use a combination of PostNL and DHL, depending on the destination and the availability of the service at the time of your order.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on your location within the EU:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal peaks or local courier issues.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package’s progress directly on the PostNL or DHL tracking portals.

6. Shipping Address & Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Service Area: We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

7. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at info@lifebag.nl.
